Your Appointment

• Allow an extra few minutes prior to your treatment time to fill out your personal profile and to relax.
• We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice. This courtesy will allow us to accommodate another client. Please see our cancellation policy below.
• We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving to guarantee an appointment time that best suits you.

Cancellation Policies

You will receive a reminder email or text a day or two before your appointment. If you do not show up without notice, we hold the right to charge you for your appointment at our discretion ( $25 cancellation fee for booking up to $49, 75% cancellation fee for booking $50 or more). There will be no charge if you give us at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled appointment. As much advance notice as possible is always appreciated.
